READ THIS AGREEMENT CAREFULLY. By accessing or using hamburgler.org, its subpages, tools, resources, educational materials, community features, trading frameworks, or any content published by Statum Mutatio Societas or J.S. Estate & Trust (collectively, the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service in their entirety. If you do not agree, you must immediately cease all use of the Platform. Your continued use constitutes ongoing acceptance of all terms herein.
This Agreement is entered into between you ("User," "Member," or "Visitor") and J.S. Estate & Trust, the private administrative trust operating hamburgler.org and Statum Mutatio Societas (collectively, "the Guild," "we," or "us"), with a mailing address of PO Box 524, Glenwood, NJ 07418.
Acceptance of this Agreement occurs upon any of the following acts: visiting any page of hamburgler.org; submitting your email address or personal information through any form on the Platform; downloading, accessing, or using any resource, document, tool, or educational material offered by the Platform; purchasing or holding $HMBRGL; or communicating with any representative of the Guild via email or any other channel.
If you are accessing the Platform on behalf of an organization, business, law firm, government agency, or any third party, you represent and warrant that you have authority to bind that entity to this Agreement, and the term "User" shall include both you individually and that entity.
All content published on this Platform — including but not limited to articles, blog posts, trading frameworks, the Palindromic Premium Theory ("PPT"), trust formation guides, estate planning materials, private banking education, bot documentation, market analysis, forecasts, and all other written, visual, or digital materials — is provided strictly for educational and informational purposes only.
Nothing on this Platform constitutes, or should be construed as:
Users are solely responsible for their own financial, legal, and tax decisions. The Guild strongly recommends that all Users consult with qualified, licensed professionals before taking any action based on content found on this Platform.
You expressly agree that you will NOT use this Platform or any of its content for any of the following purposes:
Anti-Fraud Notice: Any use of this Platform or its content to further any scheme to defraud — including misrepresentation of affiliation with the Guild, unauthorized use of the Guild's name or intellectual property in fundraising or solicitation, or any fraudulent inducement of third parties using Platform content — will be pursued to the fullest extent of applicable civil and criminal law.
All content on this Platform, including but not limited to the Palindromic Premium Theory (PPT), all associated mathematical frameworks, theorems, notation systems, torus geometry applications, trading algorithms, bot architecture, source code, visual designs, written materials, and the Statum Mutatio Societas name and brand, are the exclusive intellectual property of J.S. Estate & Trust and/or its principal(s).
No license, right, title, or interest in any intellectual property is transferred to the User by virtue of accessing this Platform or agreeing to these Terms, except for a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial, educational purposes only.
Any unauthorized commercial use, reproduction, distribution, or derivative work based upon proprietary Platform content is strictly prohibited and constitutes infringement subject to civil and criminal penalties under applicable United States intellectual property law, including but not limited to the Copyright Act (17 U.S.C. § 101 et seq.) and the Defend Trade Secrets Act (18 U.S.C. § 1836 et seq.).
The Guild collects only the minimum personal information necessary to provide Platform services, including email addresses submitted voluntarily through opt-in forms. This information is used solely to communicate with registered members and is never sold, rented, or disclosed to third parties for commercial purposes.
By submitting your information, you grant the Guild permission to contact you regarding Platform services, guild updates, and educational content. You may opt out at any time by contacting hamburgleronsolana@gmail.com.
The Guild does not knowingly collect or retain information from minors under the age of 18. If you are under 18, you may not use this Platform.
Confidentiality of Communications: All direct communications between Users and Guild representatives — including email, written correspondence, and any private messages — are considered confidential private communications between private parties. The Guild does not consent to the recording, monitoring, disclosure, or use of such communications by any third party, government agency, or law enforcement entity without a valid court order issued by a court of competent jurisdiction, served in accordance with applicable law.
The content of this Platform is published for private educational purposes and is not intended to constitute evidence, testimony, or admissible material in any judicial, administrative, regulatory, arbitral, or governmental proceeding of any kind.

Notice to Counsel: If you are an attorney, paralegal, investigator, or agent acting on behalf of any party in a legal or regulatory matter involving this Platform or its principals, your access to and use of this Platform is governed by these Terms. Access constitutes agreement. Unauthorized use of Platform content in proceedings without proper legal process is a violation of this Agreement and may constitute grounds for sanctions, fee-shifting, and other remedies available at law and equity.
This Platform and its content are not intended to assist, facilitate, support, or inform any federal, state, or local tax authority, revenue agency, or government body in the assessment, collection, audit, examination, or enforcement of any tax, duty, levy, or revenue obligation against any User, member, or the Guild itself.

Important: Users are individually responsible for their own tax reporting obligations. The Guild makes no representation regarding the tax consequences of any financial activity and expressly disclaims all responsibility for Users' individual tax compliance. Consult a licensed tax professional for all tax-related matters.
THE PLATFORM AND ALL CONTENT, TOOLS, RESOURCES, AND MATERIALS ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, ACCURACY, COMPLETENESS, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT.
The Guild does not warrant that:
Market data, price feeds, and financial information displayed on this Platform are provided for informational purposes only and may be delayed, inaccurate, or incomplete. Never make trading or investment decisions based solely on data displayed on this Platform.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL J.S. ESTATE & TRUST, STATUM MUTATIO SOCIETAS, OR ANY OF THEIR PRINCIPALS, AGENTS, MEMBERS, AFFILIATES, OR REPRESENTATIVES BE LIABLE FOR ANY DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR RELATED TO YOUR USE OF OR INABILITY TO USE THE PLATFORM, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability — whether contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise — and even if the Guild has been advised of the possibility of such damages. The Guild's total aggregate liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to the Guild in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.
You agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless J.S. Estate & Trust, Statum Mutatio Societas, and their respective principals, agents, members, affiliates, and representatives from and against any and all claims, damages, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising out of or related to:
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Minnesota, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement or the Platform shall be resolved exclusively through binding arbitration administered by the American Arbitration Association (AAA) under its Commercial Arbitration Rules, with arbitration proceedings conducted in the State of Minnesota.
You waive any right to a jury trial and any right to participate in a class action, class arbitration, or any other representative proceeding in connection with any dispute arising from this Agreement or your use of the Platform.
Notwithstanding the foregoing, the Guild reserves the right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any court of competent jurisdiction to protect its intellectual property rights or to prevent irreparable harm, without waiving its right to arbitration for all other disputes.
Any claim must be brought within one (1) year of the date the cause of action arose, or such claim shall be permanently barred.
If any provision of this Agreement is found by a court or arbitrator of competent jurisdiction to be invalid, illegal, or unenforceable, that provision shall be modified to the minimum extent necessary to make it enforceable, and the remaining provisions shall continue in full force and effect.
This Agreement, together with any additional terms referenced herein, constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Guild with respect to the Platform and supersedes all prior agreements, representations, warranties, and understandings, whether written or oral.
The Guild reserves the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any modification constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. The most current version will always be posted at hamburgler.org/page-terms/.
Failure by the Guild to enforce any right or provision of this Agreement shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
