Paper Trading Mode is on by default. The bot ships with PAPER_MODE=true in the .env template. In paper mode it simulates all buys and sells without touching real funds — you see all the dashboard output and email alerts, nothing moves on Gemini. When you're ready to go live, change PAPER_MODE=false. Live trading requires $500 in $HMBRGL.

Quick Setup

Install Python

Download Python 3.10+ from python.org. During install check Add Python to PATH.

Unzip the Bot

Create folder C:\paxg_scalper_sms and extract all files there.

Create Your .env File

Copy the .env template from the manual. Add your Gemini API key, Gmail App Password, and set PAPER_MODE=true.

Launch

Double-click START_PAXG_SCALPER.bat — the NinjaDashboard opens. Bot auto-restarts if it crashes.

Auto-Start on Boot (Optional)

Use Windows Task Scheduler to launch on login. Full instructions in the setup manual — Step 6.

Need help? Ask Claude. The bot ships with a file called CLAUDE_SETUP_CONTEXT.txt inside the zip. If you get stuck at any point — setup, .env config, first run, reading the dashboard — open claude.ai, start a new chat, upload that file, and ask away.
