Borrowing its title concept from Aldous Huxley, this 123-page work argues that an Illuminati/Technocracy lineage has used science itself — Darwinism, Hegelian dialectic, and engineered ideological movements including Marxism and fascism — as instruments of control. Structured in three chapters: the birth of scientific dictatorships (tracing Illuminism's influence into Marx through Babeuf and Buonarroti), the clash of scientific dictatorships (fascism and communism as two branches of one root, including the disputed Report from Iron Mountain), and the future of a coming global scientific dictatorship. The book carries an explicit disclaimer distancing its thesis from antisemitic framings, and cites an extensive bibliography (Billington, Quigley, and others).

The third document ND submitted argues against evolutionary theory on grounds ranging from Haeckel's discredited embryo drawings to claims about DNA divergence and irreducible biochemical complexity, citing the 2023 "Dissent from Darwin" petition.
